Our sourcing for the following posts came directly from the fraud aka Kimberly Serino’s own postings and emails. We have originals but removed info so we could post to this page. Yes yes yes…we have so many.
By the way, while Kimberly Serino was falsely representing herself as a Certified Paralegal to many unsuspecting people, including myself, and she was/is unauthorized to practice law, she admits in an email to somebody she was trying to recruit to jump on her bullying train, the truth. That she has been ‘disabled’ for 20 years. We also posted a copy of the university in Georgia where Serino sent an email falsely accusing me of stealing some kid’s identity. We thank the university for not believing Serino’s lies. In addition, Serino still gives bad legal advice under the guise of a Certified Paralegal or a ‘certificated’ paralegal. We also contacted every agency that licenses paralegas (these agencies require continuing education and ethics) – Kimberly Serino is not and has never been a member of any of them.
We also posted a new pic of Serino that was shared on FB. We blocked out the other person. This is the same Serino who calls people she bullies and lies about (basically the whole world) that everybody, but Serino, is fat and ugly. We will let you look at her picture and decide whether or not she should be talking about other people’s appearances. Anyway, enough with the outside appearance business because as we have stated, her inside is pretty messed up. Oh, did we say she LIES!!!!!
We posted information about Kimberly Serino on this page because of her involvement with serial animal hoarder, Kimi Peck, and a few other animal hoarders. We also mentioned that – even though Kimberly Serino is collecting disability and is unemployed – she continues to falsely represent herself as a Certified Paralegal, a paralegal, a legal professional, a legal genius, etc. *excuse me while a take a sip of some water* ok! Kimberly Serino – it is called unauthorized practice of law and New York does not allow a fake paralegal to give legal advice without the supervision of a licensed attorney. Not to leave out that your legal advice was inaccurate. When you sent emails, etc., to a number of people and you signed off as Kimberly Serino ‘Certified Paralegal’ – that was and still is illegal. Because you were not working for a licensed attorney. Not to leave out that you are so unethical it is sickening. Hiding behind a Certified Paralegal title to illegally collect a person’s personal information, give them bad legal advice – and then you share your ‘client’s’ personal info with everybody. What happened to the course in ethics? Didn’t Willy Wonka educate your fraud arse re ethics? Anyway, we must make something clear. Kimberly Serino is NOT a Certified Paralegal and when NALA confirmed she was using that title, they wrote her a letter basically telling her to stop. NALA is a strict paralegal licensing agency that owns the Certified Paralegal trademark.
So let’s talk about all of the people Kimberly Serino has falsely accused of criminal activity – including her many lies about many people who she claims have sexually cyber stalked her kid. She has accused so many people that she forgets when she is trying to kiss somebody’s arse, that she actually falsely accused the person of sexually cyber stalking her kid at one time. So when you see our postings of her lies, it proves that nobody has done anything to her kid except Serino. It’s one thing to post lies on the Internet – it is called libel. But to actually file criminal complaints with the courts, under penalty of perjury, when she knows that she is a pathological liar. Oh, and she does it in a different state. Oh, and she claims to be disabled so the courts, in the different states, have to accommodate her so-called disability with Skype (yes, Serino is a Skyper). Oh, and then she tells people who she is calling as her witnesses (her witnesses are people Serino has also falsely accused of criminal activity) – she claims these witnesses are not witnesses but actual defendants. *more bad legal advice
Kimberly Serino actually bragged that she can have charges filed in NJ even when her own NY police department doesn’t believe her LIES. YES YES YES YES YES – did we say YES?!?! WE HAVE THE EMAIL SHE SENT BRAGGING ABOUT THIS! Say it ain’t so, Kimberly Serino!!!!!
We are also posting a post by one of Serino’s many alias, ‘ Cubby’. Here she is claiming the FBI is involved in her non-existent case where she claims everybody is sexually cyber stalking her kid – and how she hired attorneys in many cities to file civil lawsuits. We thought maybe Santa would personally serve many of us with these lawsuits over Christmas. Maybe Santa was too busy because didn’t one of his reindeer run over somebody’s grandma? We will wait for the Easter Bunny.
Finally – Serino speaks the truth. Serino called herself EVIL. Hallelujah! ****Remember, and we have this documented by Serino, that she was representing herself as an ethical Certified Paralegal while playing both sides.
