When Is Kimi Peck Going to STOPPPPPP!!!!!

Close to 200 animals were rescued from Ms. Peck. Yeah!!!! However, how many of these Peck stories are we going to have to continuing reading about? STOP MS. PECK…STOP!!!! Here is a great fair and balanced story in the Sacramento Bee today:

Kern County refugee critters arrive at Sacramento SPCA Share By Cynthia Hubert chubert@sacbee.com Published: Sunday, Jul. 11, 2010 – 12:00 am | Page 1B More than 200 animals taken from a Kern County woman’s filthy home this week began arriving Saturday at the Sacramento SPCA. The shelter scrambled to accommodate the creatures, including 144 dogs, more than 20 cats and some rabbits, after authorities took them from the Tehachapi home of Kimi Peck, said SPCA spokeswoman Lesley Kirrene. Peck is a former relative of the late actor Gregory Peck and runs a dog "rescue" group from her home, said Kirrene. Peck agreed to surrender the animals after authorities confronted her about conditions at the house, Kirrene said. The creatures were living inside Peck’s residence and garage in kennels perched atop wood shavings, she said. Kimi Peck has a long history of collecting animals, according to news reports. On Web sites, she is variously described as a "hoarder" and a hero "rescuer" of needy creatures. Peck was previously married to Gregory Peck’s son, Stephen, said Kirrene. "This is not your typical hoarding situation in the sense that these animals are in pretty good shape," said SPCA director Rick Johnson. "This lady is a caring person. She just let things get out of control." The Sacramento shelter agreed to house the animals at the request of the Humane Society of the United States, which transported the first group to the SPCA on Saturday afternoon. Many of the canines taken from Peck’s home are small breeds including Chihuahuas, but the first group consisted mainly of larger, mixed-breed dogs. Johnson, who supervised unloading of the animals Saturday along with a posse of staff members and volunteers, said the creatures were "stressed from the trip" but otherwise in good shape. "They all seem to be quite sweet," said Kirrene, as workers carried dogs of all shapes and colors from a van. The Sacramento shelter got involved in the Peck case in part because Kern County’s animal control facility is too cramped to accommodate the critters, said Kirrene. The local SPCA has a strong history of finding homes for smaller dogs, said Kirrene. "We just seem to have great luck placing them," she said. "They fly out of here, so we’re pretty confident we can find them homes." Shelter workers have been working for the past two weeks to "shift some things around" and find space for the new arrivals, Kirrene said. Petsmart is donating cages and will pay for veterinary care, she said. The animals will be placed for adoption after they are evaluated and treated for any health problems, said Kirrene. © Copyright The Sacramento Bee. All rights reserved. A MESSAGE TO KERN COUNTY ANIMAL CONTROL AND OFFICIALS!!!!!

Peck’s new home, her "fifth wheel", commonly referred to as a trailer, was at Peck’s house on Wednesday and NOT there on Thursday when the HSUS arrived. Many wonder how many animals are/were in it. How can Kern county allow a homeless person to keep 60 unlicensed dogs (also no Rabies vaccines)? And why are you allowing this homeless ‘rescuer’ to continue to collect donations knowing she does not have a CUP and/or a KENNEL!!!!!

Kimi Peck is an Animal Hoarder and Unless she is legally forced to stop…

Many of us are thrilled that the over 150 animals that were being ‘cared’ for by animal hoarder, Kimi Peck, are now going to be given a new leash on life. With that said, Ms. Peck is a hoarder. Unless she’s legally forced to stop with animals, she’ll find another Kern County property and start the cycle over again. Ms. Peck’s websites are still up and running actively seeking donations for her illegal operation that now does not even exist!

FINALLY!!!! Justice for Peck’s animals!

Over 150 Animals Rescued From Accused Animal Hoarder’s Home POSTED: 11:02 am PDT July 8, 2010 UPDATED: 11:55 am PDT July 8, 2010 BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Humane Society of the United States and Kern County Animal Control rescued approximately 150 dogs, 18 cats, 10 chickens and several rabbits from the overcrowded property of an organization called Chihuahua Rescue in Tehachapi, Calif. The animals were removed after Chihuahua Rescue’s director, Kimi Peck, was evicted from the property. Related Accused Animal Hoarder To Have Hundreds Of Animals Removed Peck no longer had a facility to care for the animals and reached out to The HSUS for help. The animals have now been surrendered to the custody of Kern County Animal Control.“This is an unfortunate case of an individual who began with good intentions, but took in too many animals and was unable to properly care for them,” said Adam Parascandola, director of Animal Cruelty for The HSUS. “We are grateful that the owner reached out to us to ask for assistance, and has been cooperative throughout the rescue process. Today marks the beginning of a new life for these animals.”When responders arrived at the rescue, they said they found large numbers of dogs, ranging from Chihuahuas to Border Collies, living in a crowded home.Dogs and other animals were also housed in a barn on the property, the responders said. With so many animals, it was impossible for the owner to give them adequate personal care, according to Jordan Crump with the Humane Society. The HSUS said it’s safely removing all of the animals and transporting them to a nearby temporary shelter set up specifically for this rescue by The HSUS and United Animal Nations.Once there, the animals will receive thorough veterinary checks and any necessary medical treatment. The HSUS called in United Animal Nations to provide critical sheltering support on this mission. PetSmart Charities also donated much-needed sheltering supplies for the rescued animals.Crump said the HSUS and UAN will care for these animals at the temporary shelter until they are ready to be transported.Once all of the animals have proper medical documentation, the HSUS will transport them in specially equipped 75-foot mobile sheltering vehicles to rescue groups in the region where they will be available for adoption.

Just how EASY is it to start up a non-profit 501c3 charity?

So easy that anybody can start up a non-profit – even people that don’t exist. Just ask Susan Marlowe, CPA…she LOVES to start up non-profit 501c3 rescue organizations for her ‘rescue’ clients…Ms. Marlowe appears to even encourage her fugitive clients to use aliases when filling out the paperwork ‘just in case’… Check out the ‘Susan Marlowe’ Gallery Section and notice the paperwork that Susan Marlowe filed with the Attorney General’s Office and the Francise Tax Board to start up MOMMIE CATS LITTLE ONES for Cynthia Gudger’s aliases while Cynthia Gudger was a fugitive. Yes, the SAME Cynthia Gudger who was found GUILTY of animal cruelty in Kern County and will most likely plead Guilty to animal cruelty in Riverside County after she is released from Federal Prison for stealing identities and social security. The Attorney General’s Office and the Francise Tax Board do NOT verify the validity of documents filed and we’re guessing Beverly Hills CPA, Susan Marlowe, knew this! In other words – ANY PERSON (alive, dead, non-existent – not to leave out fugitives and criminals) can take advantage of non-profit status by filling out a few forms!)

NO WONDER ANIMAL HOARDERS CONTINUE TO FLOCK TO KERN COUNTY…

HOARDERS HAVEN, KERN COUNTY, granted self proclaimed animal ‘rescuers’ Kimi Peck and her ‘volunteer’ accountant, Susan Marlowe, CPA (who will hopefully be charged with FRAUD), another extension to comply with the Laws they have been breaking. To date, Kern County has given Kimi Peck five (5) -that’s right FIVE -years to comply with the laws she’s been breaking. The punishment for breaking the laws in Kern County? Ummmm….

Well, Kern County tax payers have to deal with the punishment because Kimi Peck and Susan Marlowe continue to attend the Board Of Supervisors meetings spewing lies, pushing fear and threatening lawsuits to further their agenda… What is their agenda? Continue to operate illegal kennels, collect donations from unsuspecting donors, threaten anybody who exposes them, and well, allow hundreds of animals to live in their definition of a ‘sanctuary’. Kimi Peck does NOT have the proper resources to care for a few animals let alone hundreds… Kern County – As we continue to state OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN… WAKE UP AND SMELL THE CRAP LIVING IN YOUR COMMUNITY! STOP ALLOWING HOARDERS TO BREAK LAWS BECAUSE THE TAXPAYERS HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL NOT THE HOARDERS!

Animal ‘Rescuer’, Kimberly Maggio, still actively rescuing?

Chihuahua Rescue associate and animal ‘rescuer’, Kimberly Maggio, president of Perfect Paws Rescue Frazier Park (yes, it’s a non-profit 501c3 animal ‘rescue’) has been charged with horrific animal cruelty and is waiting to stand trial on these charges. With her pending July court date, Ms. Maggio, who many believe fits the description of an ANIMAL HOARDER, has decided to continue her ‘rescue’ efforts (including accepting donations) because, well, she claims she’s innocent and it’s all a big mistake/misunderstanding. That’s right…Kimberly Maggio is charged with horrific animal cruelty and is still involved in animal ‘rescue’. Yeah, innocent until proven guilty but come on. The crazy hoarder (in our opinions) had DEAD animals in the freezer and sick animals living in squaller. Yeah, she had a number of good ‘excuses’…she was sick, she was in the hospital, it wasn’t her fault it was the ‘caretaker’s’, she was set up, she LOVES her animals…hey, haven’t we heard these SAME EXCUSES from other animal ‘rescuers’? Anyway, reminder, here are Kimberly Maggio’s pending charges:

Convicted Animal Abuser Cynthia Gudger’s Social Security Charges

Yes, this is the same animal abuser who Susan Marlowe, CPA, harbored for close to two (2) years…We believe they’ll be additional charges filed against Cynthia Gudger; however, the following information is from the warrant issued against Cynthia Gudger for STEALING Lynda Cole’s and Jean Sisto’s social security:

‘Rescuer’ Kimi Peck Files ANOTHER FRIVILOUS LAWSUIT

Animal ‘Rescuer’, Kimi Peck, files yet another lawsuit. This time it is against one of her Tehachapi neighbors who has complained about Ms. Peck’s illegal ‘sanctuary’ she was operating from her Tehachapi home. This illegal operation has since been forced to close because of Kimi Peck’s own negligence; however, according to Ms. Peck, this is just the latest incident that is connected to the conspiracy brought on by her ‘volunteer’ accountant, Susan Marlowe aka Susan Bolinger’s, ex-husband. This neighbor complained that Ms. Peck was stalking him and harassing him because of the complaints he filed against her illegal operation (typical Kimi Peck behavior). There’s MORE, click to read:

Yes, not surprising that Kimi Peck claims this neighbor is a ‘plant’ who is part of the conspiracy to ‘get’ Kimi Peck and her ‘volunteer’ accountant, Susan Marlowe aka Susan Bolinger. Take into consideration that this neighbor is a hardworking guy who purchased the Tehachapi property to escape the Los Angeles craziness. The Tehachapi property he purchased is a vacation/weekend home that is located right above Kimi Peck’s illegal operation consisting of over 200 dogs that barked all day and night (many, according to neighbors, barking in distress). Also take into consideration this neighbor has never had problems with anybody. Though it appears Ms. Peck never served this neighbor with the lawsuit, the fact she actually filed this lawsuit just proves that Ms. Peck has not stopped her bullying tactics. To date, Ms. Peck has filed lawsuits and/or sent threatening legal letters to over 20 people who have complained about Ms. Peck’s illegal operation and/or neglect/abuse they saw her inflict on her hundreds of rescues. Please NOTE that every single lawsuit Ms. Peck has filed against people have been DISMISSED. ***One more piece of information – Kimi Peck asked Kern County courts to waive the filing fees for this latest frivilous lawsuit so Kimi Peck did not have to pay to file the frivilous lawsuit, hardworking Kern County taxpayers did. To date, here are a few of the people/departments who Ms. Peck claims are part of the conspiracy to ‘get’ her and Susan Marlowe (take note that this so called conspiracy has been going on since 1997) : Former Burbank City Attorney Greg Caplan, Burbank Animal Control (the whole department), former Burbank volunteers (about 15 all together), former Los Angeles landlords, former Burbank/Los Angeles neighbors, Kern County officials including Supervisor Don Maben, Kern County Code Compliance department, Kern County A/C officer Julie Sugg, former Water Canyon Tehachapi neighbors… WILL YOU BE NEXT? IF KIMI PECK MOVES INTO YOUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND YOU COMPLAIN…BEWARE!!!!!

Another Warrant Issued For Charlotte Spadaro’s Arrest

Not surprising that Charlotte Spadaro did not show up for her own court hearing and she used the same exact excuses as her fellow animal hoarders(Kimi Peck, Cynthia Gudger, Cindy Bemis, Kimberly Maggio et al). The reason she was not able to show up for her own court hearing is because (drum roll) she was in the hospital. She also claims that Animal Control officers told her she did not need to obtain a kennel license. In other words, according to Ms. Spadaro, she does not have to obey the laws like the rest of us. Kimi Peck claimed the same thing. So did Kim Maggio. So did Charlotte Spadaro. So did Cynthia Gudger (and all of Ms. Gudger’s aka’s)…No word yet if Susan Marlowe is harboring Charlotte Spadaro. Arrest warrant issued for animal activist 10:00 PM PDT on Friday, May 21, 2010 By ALICIA ROBINSON The Press-Enterprise A judge on Friday issued an arrest warrant for animal activist Charlotte Spadaro after she failed to appear for her trial on charges that she kept 242 dogs at a Riverside kennel without licenses or proof of vaccination. Richard McDonald, who identified himself as a friend of Spadaro, told a bailiff that she was in a hospital. The case involves a kennel from which Spadaro and her dogs were evicted last year. Judge Michele D. Levine said Friday that the trial already has been postponed several times at Spadaro’s request, and since she is acting as her own attorney the court can’t proceed without her. Levine set bail at $10,000 and said the warrant will take effect if Spadaro doesn’t attend a hearing on Wednesday. Spadaro, a former Beverly Hills mayor, has said she rescues animals that would be killed at other shelters. She has maintained that the Riverside dogs were vaccinated and that officials told her not to worry about licensing. Spadaro faces civil and criminal cases involving animals in San Bernardino and Los Angeles counties.
