Charlotte Spadaro, Esq., former Mayor of Beverly Hills and self proclaimed animal ‘rescuer’ is a wanted woman in San Bernardino. A warrant was issued for Ms. Spadaro’s arrest after she was a no show for her hearing stemming from, you guessed it, animal cruelty. Bail is set at $25,000.00. Ms. Spadaro was also Susan Marlowe’s attorney in Riverside County when Susan Marlowe acquired Cynthia Gudger’s abused animals in 2006. Even in 2006, Charlotte Spadaro was charged with horrific animal cruelty.
